At TOTB Threads, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from us.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at totbthreads@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

  • If you paid for expedited shipping, that portion of the shipping cost will not be refunded.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at totbthreads@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at totbthreads@gmail.com.

9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged.

10. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return. Please contact our customer service team for further instructions on international returns.
